blazers for bureucrats

It's early but you have to go and register to get your Slovene Tax ID #. You, in all honesty, cannot remember the last time that you wore a blazer. Still, you wear your new blazer to meet the bureaucrat. (Then things actually maybe go to shit because you have no idea what she is saying, she either can't or won't speak english to explain why she took your form after stamping it when you thought that she was going to give it back to you after stamping it, and you just back away and concede the point wondering and hoping that what she kept repeating to you was that you are going to get something in the mail but also assuming that you will just have to try this again after asking someone who speaks english what the hell just happened. Fingers are officially crossed though on the whole mail possibility! Can't even imagine how poorly that would have gone sans blazer. Shuddering at the thought.)
